Download a copy of our Mobile Wallet Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) for attaching your The Savings Bank (“TSB”) MasterMoneyTM Debit Card virtually to a digital storage system (“mobile wallet”) apply when you choose to add a TSB MasterMoney Debit Card (“Debit Card”) to mobile wallet. In these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to a TSB customer or authorized user, and “we”, “us”, “our”, and “TSB” refer to The Savings Bank. When you add a TSB MasterMoney Debit Card to the mobile wallet, you agree to these Terms.
1. Adding your Debit Card:
You can add an eligible TSB MasterMoney Debit Card to the mobile wallet by following the instructions of the mobile wallet provider. Only debit cards that are eligible can be added to the mobile wallet. If your Debit Card or attached account is not in good standing, your Debit Card will not be eligible to enroll in the mobile wallet. When you add your Debit Card to the mobile wallet, the mobile wallet allows you to use the Debit Card to enter into transactions where the mobile wallet is accepted. The mobile wallet may not be accepted at all places where your Debit Card is accepted.
2. Your TSB MasterMoney Debit Card and Account Terms and Conditions do not change.
The terms and account agreements that govern your account and Debit Card do not change when you add your Debit Card to the mobile wallet. The mobile wallet simply provides another way for you to make purchases with your Debit Card. Any applicable interest, fees, and charges that apply to your Debit Card and account will also apply when you use the mobile wallet.
TSB does not charge you any additional fees for adding your Debit Card to the mobile wallet or using your Debit Card with the mobile wallet. The mobile wallet provider and other third parties such as wireless companies or data service providers may charge you fees.
3. You are responsible for keeping your TSB MasterMoney Debit Card secure and notifying us of errors or fraud.
You agree to protect your Debit Card and to protect and keep confidential your User ID, passwords, and all other information required to make purchases with your Debit Card using the mobile wallet. If you share these credentials with others, they may be able to access your mobile wallet and make purchases with your Debit Card or obtain your personal information. The TSB Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement disclosure requires you to contact us promptly if you believe there are errors or if you suspect fraud with your Debit Card. We will resolve any potential error or fraudulent purchase in accordance with the TSB Deposit Account Agreement disclosure and the TSB Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement. We will not be liable for any losses you incur except as specifically described in the TSB Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement and your Deposit Account Agreement or as otherwise provided by law.
4. TSB is not responsible for the mobile wallet.
TSB is not the provider of the mobile wallet, and we are not responsible for providing the mobile wallet service to you. We are only responsible for supplying information securely to the mobile wallet provider to allow usage of your Debit Card with the mobile wallet. We are not responsible for any failure of the mobile wallet for any transaction. We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of the mobile wallet provider or any other third parties regarding any agreement you enter into with the mobile wallet provider or associated third-party relationships that may impact your use of the mobile wallet. You acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the mobile wallet by requesting that your Debit Card be added to the mobile wallet.
5. Contacting you electronically and by email:
You agree to receive electronic communications from us, including emails to the email address you have provided in connection with your Debit Card account. These electronic communications will relate to your use of the Debit Card with the mobile wallet. You agree to update your email address when it changes by contacting us using the contact information in the Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement and Disclosure. You may also contact us if you wish to withdraw your consent to receive these electronic communications, but doing so will result in your inability to continue to use your Debit Card with the mobile wallet.
6. Removing your TSB Debit Card from the mobile wallet
You should contact the mobile wallet provider to remove your Debit Card from the mobile wallet.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by federal law and, to the extent that state law applies, the laws of the state that apply to the agreement under which your TSB Accounts are covered. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to any dispute resolution procedures with your TSB Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement and Disclosure and your TSB Deposit Account Agreement.
8. Ending or changing these terms; assignments
We can terminate these Terms at any time. We can also change these Terms, or add or delete any items in these Terms, at any time. We can also assign these Terms. We will provide notice if required by law. You may not assign these Terms. You cannot change these terms, but you can terminate these Terms at any time by removing all of your TSB Debit Cards from the mobile wallet.
