Bob has over 22 years experience as an insurance broker, concentrating on personal lines of insurance - selling and servicing auto, homeowner, life, and health insurance. Bob started his agency on Princess Street in Wakefield in 1979, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of The Savings Rank in March 2001. Bob is a graduate of Northshore Community College with an Associates degree in Business Administration, and Salem State College with a degree in Business Education.

Patricia Norris

Pat began her career in the insurance industry in 1957 and has recently joined her company, Norris Insurance Agency of Wakefield, with TSB Thibodeau Insurance Agency.  With more than 50 years experience in the industry, Pat has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in all lines of insurance, including property and casualty.

Joanne Catanzano
Customer Service Representative
Joanne has been with Thibodeau Insurance for 6 years. She is responsible for servicing clients, providing information and processing claims, payments and renewals. Joanne has a background in banking, having been a bank manager for a number of years in Boston.
