    Example: With a maximum loan amount of $50,000, a 48-month auto loan with a rate of 5.500% would cost $23.25 per $1,000


    Consumer Loan Rates

    1Rate Discounted by .25% with automatic payment from TSB checking or statement savings account. This loan must be recorded in second position, junior to an existing first mortgage. No closing costs for loan amounts of $75,000 or greater; borrower will be responsible to pay an appraisal fee if needed. Loan amounts less than $75,000, borrower will be responsible to pay closing costs of $447 and appraisal fee if needed. Property insurance is required.

    2Your rate will adjust monthly based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the month. The current Prime Rate is 3.250% as of July 30, 2010. The maximum APR is 18.00% and the minimum APR is 4.00%. Your minimum payment due will never be lower than $100.00. An appraisal fee in the range of $350.00 to $550.00 will be charged on any loan request greater than $250,000. Any loan request $250,000 or less will be charged an automated value fee of $9.95; however, the Bank always reserves the right to require a full real estate appraisal, at borrowers' expense, for any real estate loan request. Property insurance is required. The borrower will be responsible for additional closing costs of $437.00, which includes the Attorney Fee, Recording Fee, Flood Certificate Fee, and Credit Report Fee. You should consult with a tax advisor about the deductibility of interest paid on your Home Equity Line of Credit.

    3Passbook Collateral loan payback schedule is based on $1,000 per year (i.e. $1,000 @ 1 year, $4,000 @ 4 years, $15,000 up to 10 years).

    4Must open a new passbook savings account to accompany this loan and must maintain required passbook balance, 5% of loan proceeds, for term of the loan.
