The Savings Bank may consider a real estate loan request for property located anywhere in the Massachusetts counties of Middlesex, Essex, Worcester, Suffolk and Norfolk. However, our Primary Lending Area, which is our CRA Assessment Area, is made up of the following towns: Andover, Lynnfield, Melrose, Methuen, Middleton, North Reading, Reading, Saugus, Stoneham, Wakefield and Wilmington.

The Savings Bank may also consider a real estate loan request for property located anywhere in the New Hampshire counties of Rockingham, Hillsborough and Cheshire.
