Conversion Information
On Monday, September 19th, The Savings Bank will go live with our new, state-of-the-art computer processing system. The new system is designed to provide the infrastructure to offer the best products and services available to you today while offering internal efficiencies to improve quality.
- All branch offices will be closed on Saturday, September 17th.
- There will be no account access via The Bank Line’s telephone banking service from Friday, September 16th at 6pm until Monday, September 19th at 9am.
- ATM/Debit cards will continue to work during conversion weekend. Deposits, transfers, and account balance inquiries will be unavailable from September 16th at 2pm until September 19th.
- Online Banking and eStatements will be unavailable Friday, September 16th at 12pm through Monday, September 19th at 9am.
- Bill Payment will be unavailable Wednesday, September 14th at 5pm through Monday, September 19th at 9am.
- If you have been on a statement cycle of the 5th, 10th, 12th, 20th, or 25th you will now be moved to the cycle of the 15th. All customers will receive a final statement as of September 16th from our previous processor. If you are currently on the 15th or month end, there will be no change in your cycle.
- On the morning of September 19th branches will re-open at their regular times, the conversion will be complete, and all access is expected to resume as usual.
