At The Savings Bank, the basis of each customer relationship, many
of which span generations, is trust. You have chosen to do business
with the Bank, and we honor that relationship with great care, beginning
with the information you have chosen to share with us. As financial
services professionals, we respect the privacy of our customers and
are committed to treating customer information responsibly.
The following
Privacy Policy serves as the standard for employees of The Savings
Bank and other trusted parties that we control or that perform services
for us for the collection, use, retention and security of individual
customer information.
What
Information We Collect
We may collect nonpublic personal information about you
from the following sources:
Nonpublic
personal information is personally identifiable financial information
that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or
service to you. For example, nonpublic personal information includes
information regarding your account balance, payment history, overdraft
history and information from a credit report such as your credit history.
Customer
Benefits of Our Information Management Practices
In order to better serve you, we also may retain information about
the types of products and services you purchase from us to learn about
your financial needs and interests.
We will limit
the use and collection of information about you to that which enables
us to administer your business, provide superior service and offer
opportunities that we think will be of interest to you. We will use
this information only in accordance with the principles set out in
this Privacy Policy.
What
Information We Share
We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences
or transactions with you or your account (such as your name, address,
Social Security Number and account balances) with our family of
companies (affiliates). Our affiliates provide financial
services such as investment management, estate planning guidance,
trust services and property, life, accident, health and casualty
insurance. Our family of companies includes First Financial Trust,
N.A., TSB Securities Group and TSB Thibodeau Insurance Agency.
Our purpose in
sharing information is to offer you the array of financial products
and services you need to accomplish your financial goals.
Third-Party Disclosure Restrictions
We also are permitted
under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to
nonaffiliated third parties (that is, third parties that
are not members of our family of companies) in certain circumstances.
For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about
you to such third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account
with us; to government entities in response to subpoenas; and to credit
bureaus. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about
you to any other third parties, except as permitted by law.

It is in the best interest of both you and The Savings Bank to maintain
accurate records concerning your personal information, such as your
home address, tax ID number, account balance, etc. Should you ever
believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information
about you, please notify us.
We will investigate
your concerns and correct any inaccuracies to the extent that we are
able to do so.

Employee Access to Personal Information
We limit access to your personal information to those employees who
need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
We also have policies, procedures, employee orientation and communication
programs to educate and inform employees about the importance of confidentiality
and customer privacy.
Protection of
Information via Established Security Procedures
We are committed to the security of your financial and personal information.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply
with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Ending
of a Customer Relationship
If you become a former or an inactive account customer, we will continue
to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in
this notice.

Privacy Information to Customers and Responding to Inquiries
The Savings Bank recognizes and respects the privacy expectations
of our customers. We want our customers to understand our commitment
to privacy in our use of customer information.
